Hello all. I am 101.3kgs, 28yrsold. Wanting to loose 1kg per week. Im highly motivated but my concern is if my nutrition is just right or too wrong. wanted to loose fat so I've set my MFP like this in the picture.
I need some advice and suggestions please.

I'd swap the fat and protein percentages myself. That's a ton of protein.1

Actually if he's around 200 lbs, his protein is correct. He is cutting afterall, it is better to be safe at 1 g per pound of body weight. I would go even as high as 1.2g on a cut.
In all seriousness, I'd really like to see supporting research on that. Most sources indicate athletes actually need less, and while losing weight less is preferable (particularly for non competitors). .8 grams per pound is more than sufficient for the majority of the population, and probably overkill, based on everything I've read.0
