Long way to go

So i am currently down 19.2 pounds out of the 140 I need to lose. Here is the problem... I've lost and gained these 20 pounds over and over and over again. It's like my body doesn't want to be under 300 pounds. I've changed my calories around, I've changed my exercise around... it's not budging.. and it never has. I need help and motivation to get past these next 10 pounds. Until I'm out of the 300's and out of the 290's. Once I've hit 289 I know I have beaten this road block I could never get past before.
