Healthy baked sweet potatoes

1) wash sweet potatoe ( peel if desired)
2) cut into cubes
3) add a bit of oil
4) add salt, pepper and desired seasonings
5) mix together
6) bake at 350 c until desired crunchiness

Yummm I eat them as snacks cut them in half rub coconut oil on them pop them in the oven until brown let them cool and store them. Sooo yummy and sweet i dont add anything bc the coconut oil also makes a caramalized sauce omg sooo yummy will probably make some this week lol2

I cook them in the microwave in a wet paper towel after stabbing all over with a fork for 2 min per side flipping until soft. Then eat them with 1/2 tbsp of butter and 1 tsp of brown sugar.
