How long did it take for you to lose 3 stone with healthy eating and exercise?

I'm not doing anything heavy, just the 30 day shred but I have 3 stone and a bit to lose.
I'm not doing anything drastic but want to see how long it took people to get the weight off.
It took 3-4 years for me to gain this weight after pregnancy so I guess I should not be thinking it will be off this time next year.
I eat well, no unhealthy sugar etc. My way of eating has changed for the better.

I did around 9 months between 11st 7 to 8st 9. I'm 5'3 and now 29. Did it all through CICO, I ate healthily, lots of protein to retain my muscle mass, but I still ate chocolate and pizza as I didn't see the point in making a change I couldn't live by once I was on maintenance calories. I took up running and lifting.

Well done! That happened pretty quickly.
Sorry may I ask, what is CICO?

You can eat "better" which might be great for health, but also make sure you're tracking calories as they are what matter for weight loss.

Weigh all solids on a food scale, measure all liquids and log accurately.

    I lost 55lbs (175 to 120) in about 9 months...

Oh sorry, CICO is Calories In, Calories Out - it's not a 'diet' more just the science of weight loss. Eating healthily is for your health, eating less calories than you burn (a deficit) is what makes you lose weight. So in theory you can lose weight eating nothing but 1200 calories of ice cream every day - you just obviously wouldn't want to!
