I've struggled with my weight for the last 10 years of my life. Gaining and losing significant amounts of weight due to overeating and depression. My mind is clear and finally in a positive space, ready to make a change. Little steps add up to big results.

I know the feeling. I've struggled for quite some time and I've lost the weight before and I'm ready to do it again. I'm not going to let myself bring me down.

I'm in the same boat  Depression does not make me want to spring out of bed and do burpees...it wants me to stay in bed with cake :s We can do this ladies! :#<3

Depression certainly doesn't help me with weight loss! I try to make the best of it when I have good days and minimise the effects of bad days. I know the bad days will be there so my weight loss will be slower. I think acceptance of yourself - along with your depression - is important. It helps to rationalise your goals. That's just my opinion (and I can promise you that I'm no expert)!
