I wonder if other people made the same 'discovery' or even want to try it out and see if it helps them.

For years I get hungry very quickly, and occasionally crash. And for years I realized that doing strength training prevents this somehow. Without I get hungry at 09;00 in the morning and am hungry again an hour after my breakfast. With I can stay without food for much longer. Dieting without strength training would be impossible for me, and I tend to snack a lot and gain weight.

Mind you, I had all blood glucose tests in the past you can think of. I'm just healthy. Also running doesn't have this effect on me. Only strength has, regardless of it being weight lifting or bodyweight exercises. In the past years I realized this at least three times. The effect after a few months of strength training also lasts a few months, and then I start to get more hungry again, and then crash frequently.

So, are there other people who have experienced the same? Do you want to try if this works for you and report back?
