Hi my name is Ariana and I want to loose about 10 pounds. I'm fairly active and have recently been going to 4-5 times a week. My daily calorie goal is 1,350. I don't need to loose a lot of weight but I want to feel more comfortable w/ my body and cut out processed foods entirely. I'm 5'3 and 119 pounds and have found it to be difficult to loose weight. I want to find some other people with similar goals to collaborate with on fitness and diet advice. Thanks for reading!
