New Goal, thoughts???

Hi guys!

So I just recently reached my goal weight of 123 pounds!!! (YAY!) I am 5'4'', and I'm currently working on 120, but that's not my question!

I believe the last time I computed my BMI it was completely in the healthy range, and I would have to weigh around 107 pounds to be UNDER weight. WELL, that is definitely NOT my goal (as I am a very curvy girl and don't know if that is physically possible, or desirable, yuck), but I am thinking about trying for 115. I want to know what people think about this. In your opinion is a 21 year old girl at 5'4'' and 115 pounds TOO skinny? I will admit, I am feeling great at 123 and know I will feel 110% confident in my body at 120, so I'm not too worried if I plateau there, but I like the thought of being at 115, that way I can fluctuate between that and 120 and never worry at all. As opposed to fluctuating between 120-125, ya know?

Too thin? Just right? Thoughts.

The reason I'm even contemplating it at ALL is because someone else just posted a forum of a bunch of celebrities/singers and their height/weight and some of them I read after looking pictures of them up, did not look too thin or bony at all, but just perfectly healthy and fit.

I don't think it's to low. There's a pic on my profile in the red skirt/shorts. I was 117 in that pic. I'm also 5'4
  • I think when you get to the point you are at where you're fine tuning and body sculpting that it's more important to like what you see in the mirror more than being concerned about what the scale says
