Help me determine my goal weight?

Currently 141, 5'6", and trying to determine goal weight. I'm thinking I would like to slim down to 130 (I'm lying down in this photo, so the tummy is less apparent) and then focus my goals on weight training. Any opinions about what weight loss goal would be ideal for my body type? ym8sa59rp8t6.png

    Well, you are currently in the middle of the healthy BMI. 130 would put you at 21, still healthy, but on sort of on the low side. You might want to work on your composition, look up recomp. If you do get to 130 and are still not happy, then you definitely recomp.

    Thank you, I've never tried to recomp before and am not sure where to start. Any recommendations or resources you could provide would be appreciated! :)
