1) two cups of leafy greens of your choice, I honestly prefer baby spinach in mine

2) two cups of liquid of your choice, Almond or cashew milk taste great in this !

3) three cups of ripe fruit of your choice, even avacodos are allowed

4) teaspoon of hemp seeds

5) blend and enjoy !

Tips: freeze fruit and veggies before not only to keep them fresh but to make your shake cold and refreshing

    I like spinach, 1/2 banana, pear, flax seed, water. It's very sweet.
