Bodyweight or Kettlebell workout, how do you call this? (somewhat fitbit)

I just got my Fitbit Charge 2 today and am currently setting it up, and on which workout types to use.

For bodyweight or kettlebell training I could use Workout, Interval Workout, Bootcamp or Circuit Training.

If you did this kind of training, how would you call it from the selection above? It's not really interval workout. Bootcamp probably has some running as well, right? Circuit? That would imply I do at least two rounds, which I might or might not. Workout is so.. meh...

Label it whatever is the least amount of calories per minute/hour and you MAY not be over estimating your calorie burn. After a few weeks see if reality matches expectation. If so, good, if not, adjust.

Oh, I should have said: my fitbit is not linked to MFP. I have my custom workouts that work for me. If I linked the fitbit it would mess with things. It's more like a classification issue I'm having.

If you do "workout" you can then go into the Fitbit app and label it more appropriately. That's what I do with all the things that don't fit into the stock options I have loaded on my watch.

Interval workout is a setting for actual timed intervals.

And I've recorded assorted workouts under a number of different classifications. It makes no difference in calorie counts. It only makes a difference in the type of data the watch displays (like steps don't show up for biking activities).

Oh really? How do I do that? I just searched in the app for anything more useful but cannot find anything. maybe because I've not done any actual workouts yet. I'm mainly sitting around and am being amazed how low my HR is when sitting around.

After you record a workout, when you go into the workout detail in the app, near the top there's an option for setting the type/classification/something (sorry I can't remember the exact term). I use it a lot because I record a lot of stuff under "workout"-anything from yoga to rowing to the type of stuff you're asking about. The watch can hold 6 or 8 types but that's not enough for me lol.

Oh fantastic! I'll look into this tonight when I'm doing some bodyweight workout.
