New to MFP

Afternoon guys
Signed up for MFP 4 days ago, after encouragement from a friend, and have to say i am impressed. never been one for counting calories etc and always went off the motive "eat s**t and you'll feel like s**". It has been an eye opener in terms of how many calories i take each day and lose when i do my gym work etc etc compared to what i take in.
Kicked on my training since last September due to signing up for the Great Midlands Fun Run, and in between then done the Great Birmingham 10k, signed up for the Birmingham International half marathon as well as 2 other "local" 10k runs.....oh and 5k parkrun virtually every Saturday.
So anyway, hello!
