40 plus yrs old and weight is now coming up. I need to stay low carbs and exercise to loose. Any help is appreciated

    I'm high carb and losing. Just know it doesn't matter what diet you follow as long as you stick with those calories.
    I love a good sweet potato with my dinner. Or nice plain oatmeal with a banana. High good carbs all the way!
    I'm following the DASH diet. A bit hard since it doesn't really let me have fast food or frozen meals. But doing it.
