My friend asked me to get back on MYFITNESSPAL to restart my fitness journey.
I'm by myself in a camper in Ohio 14 hrs from home traveling with my husband while he works from state to state job to job. I met new people but don't have anyone to exercise with especially here in the North.
I'm needing to get rid of 45 pds especially belly, face & arms. I would feel better & look better. 50 is creeping up & I don't want to be on any medicines.
