Hey all I am 5'5 and currently weigh 180lbs I am trying to get down to 140. I am having trouble with poly and mono though they always seem to be in the red only by 1 or 2 also when I add something simple like an orange my vitamin c goes in the red

Currently doing 1500 calories with 30 min walks a day

Can anybody help with settings because they just seem off

Vitamins at least are recommended minimum daily intakes rather than a hard and fast upper limit. You can take way more vitamin C than the recommended daily allowance - your body just secretes any excess in your urine. That's not the same for every vitamin and mineral but the ones you can have too much of are quite a lot harder to get too much of IYSWIM.

As for the types of fats *shrugs* I wouldn't worry about it if you're only slightly off. I don't even look at those myself.

The only number that matters overall is the calories. If you go over on your nutrients (especially fat, protein, or fiber) but are still green on calories you're good. And there isn't a recommended minimum intake for unsaturated fats, so when you consume them they will always be red.

Ah ok thank you both, I was like one orange made me over my vitamin c and one egg launched my fats into chaos.. but I'm always under 1500 calories

My macros are never perfect and I don't even look at micronutrients - and I'm assuming my data isn't perfect either, and nothing to worry about. What I mean is, not all the foods in the database will even record amount of vitamin C or types of fat - so any totals on things like that are very approximate. Even with macros, I am to eat generally balanced meals, but there's lots of variation day on day.
Good luck - I had similar starting stats over a year and a half ago (5'5, 185 lbs) , and am now maintaining at about 137.

Can you remember what your avg loss per week was and also your deficits it would help a lot if I could compare

Just worry about your calories and if you are retaining a lot of water you might want to look at sodium.

At your size 2-3 pounds a week is very aggressive. Is 1500 the goal given to you by MFP? Are you eating your exercise calories back?

Mono and poly are always red because there's no goal set for them by default, but they are the "good fats" saturated is the one you want to keep an eye on.
