    I just put my head wearing a hat and a patch. Admittedly, I should have shaved but I'm not sure it'd grow back.

    Face, mostly. But I can't wait to lose some more weight so that I can make a before and after pic. I just love seeing those, they are so inspirational! :)

    I think body preferably as you are showcasing your progress with diet and fitness but I tend to send messages to my close friends I.e kiss like my current or one I had holding a love heart.

    My Fitness Pal has become my life :)

    All because I think that it says a lot about where a person's head is at in THAT particular moment. Focus on kids as motivation, showing off the body they worked for, being playful. I don't have a preference because everyone feels different at different times. Bring them all out!

    I hate photos of me as well. But I took this pic and posted it because I felt like I needed to face how fat I was in order to make the life long change I was after. Just because I didn't like how I looked I didn't want to hide it I wanted to change it. I'm a work in progress :) The first step was taking this pic and showing the world.
