How do I lose it.
Currently eating 1300-1450 Calories, 5'7", 10.4 stone, and female.
I know I can't spot reduce fat but what can I do to help?
Currently started walking 10000 steps daily so I'm a lot more active than I used to be.. What else. Thanks

Keep going. If you remain in a true calorie deficit, eventually the belly fat will dissipate. Also, this thread contains pretty much everything you'll need to know:

There's no such thing as losing only certain part of body fat.1

This... I have belly fat/csection shelf. It's slowly making progress. It's frustrating, but you will get there if you stay dedicated to what you're doing now.2 -
