Overnight oats. You can play around with the proportions to suit your tastes, but I make it: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats, and 3/4 cup water. Some things I like to add include flax seeds, chia seeds, blueberry, honey, ground cinnamon, and sliced strawberries.

During the workweek, almost every day I have a whole wheat Mission low carb wrap with two tablespoons of garlic hummus, a generous handful of baby spinach, a quarter of an avocado, and a serving (half a cup) of Perdue short cuts chicken (I nuke it for a minute before I toss it on). I get the short cuts when they're on sale and buy a bunch.

Beans, any whole grain, salsa and guacamole mix. Yum! Balance of slow carbs, protein and healthy fats satisfies hunger to tide you over until next meal.

Search "over night oats" you will never eat oatmeal hot again I use steel cut oats and lately I add a scoop of vanilla protein powder 1 tbsp of chia or flax(depends what I have) strawberries or blueberries 1 tbsp of cocoa and I also use unsweetened vanilla almond or cashew milk the end result tastes like macaroons with fruit in it, its like desert for breakfast and its under 400 calories keeps me full for a long time. There are many different things you can add depends what you like and how many calories you wanna consume for breakfast. I went from never eating breakfast to looking forward to it.

Any egg free breakfast ideas out there?!? Help!

Overnight oats. I love them and they are super easy.
    1/4 cup oats
    1/2 cut nut milk.
    Cinnamon powder.
    Chia seeds
    Maple syrup for sweetening.

Mix all the above in a mason jar and rest it in the fridge overnight.
Next morning eat with your favorite fruit and a handful of nuts.
