My name is stefanie im fron canada quebec 23 yeara old. And i work in a gym even though i am overweight !!! I log in daily since wendnesday and looking for a couple of friends to fallow and inspire also look at their menu for ideas :)

    Welcome Stephanie from Canada! Glad you are on board. I'm Ivonne and I am 56 years old (old enough to be your mother!) from Bethlehem, PA (northeastern part of the state of Pennsylvania). I have been at this a short time, however; it has been very helpful. I have lost 15 pounds since joining in late June. I have found that the Support and Motivation Posts and the Success Stories are very meaningful and helpful. In addition, there are so many knowledgeable people who can give you great feedback, motivation, and support.
