Anyone used the portion control containers? Any success?

A food scale is a much better measurement tool than extensive Tupperware containers. If you want any sort of accuracy in your diary your money would be better spent on the scale. I considered the containers for a while but the lack of accuracy and what a totally frickin' pain in the butt it must be to try and divide all your food into those containers and constantly needing to wash them - oy. I can't handle that in my life when my food scale is easy peasy and so much less work!5

I found I could fit a lot in containers when I tried one of the portion controlled container diets.1
