Same problem, just said this today even. I stop eating or get to hungry than eat quick without planning

    I always plan and set aside late snack calories and keep some lower calorie options in the house (fruit, quick grab bars). Right now, I'm addicted to Elevation advanced bars from Aldi's. They're 170-ish calories and are a good way to fill what I'm craving.
