I've been having a weird pain in my arm, I attached some pictures I hope helps. I cannot remember anything that caused it, it just started a little over a week ago. But if I lift my arm the area in the red hurts and will ache if I've lifted my arm too many times. It feels almost like a pulling pain.

Don't know but you should get that red thing checked out. B) Sorry. The muscles in that part of the arm don't usually hurt when lifting the arms, so you might need to see a doctor to get it figured out. What exercises or sports do you do that involve your arms & shoulders?

    Bursitis or tendonitis perhaps?

You lift anything heavy lately? I tweaked something in my shoulder lifting my bag improperly and I'm still working on getting everything to feel better. I occasionally had that same sort of pain.

if its just muscle soreness its probably doms, did you do a good arm workout, or change something in your daily routine so that you are working a muscle you never used before, are you sleeping on it in a strange position? Muscles can remain sore for a week or more, give it some time and see if it goes away, unless you suspect its something serious, use your judgement. I never race off to the doctor for minor aches and pains.

It's seems to be the lateral head of your triceps muscle. What kind of arm lifting? Lifting from the shoulder or flexing from the elbow? Do you feel any knots? Sharp pain? Any numbness or tingling?
