There are a lot of daily fluctuations that your body goes through.

I weigh daily because I like to look at the overall trends. Because I do weigh every day I have noticed that my low weight day is always a Wednesday. Then Thursday - Monday I will actually weigh up to 3 lbs more. Then Monday - Wednesday I will lose until I am at a new low.

Also, weighing daily and comparing it to my food journal I have been able to see things like higher sodium days or days where I don't drink as much water will effect the number on the scale.

There's nothing wrong with weighing daily as long as you don't let the constant fluctuations get to you. This thread explains it all: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10084670/it-is-unlikely-that-you-will-lose-weight-consistently-i-e-weight-loss-is-not-linear

That helped alot!! Thank u! I usually try to wrigh once or twice a week but whrn i see a loss i get excuted and weigh everyday to try to keep it off. Ive been plateaud for like 3 months so that little loss was exciting! I think i need to cut my sodium down a little though. Ill try that :)
