How to target back fat?

So, I know that the best way to reduce fat in a particular area is to simply reduce fat everywhere. However, are there any particular exercises I can do at home to maybe help tone up that area? The specific area I'm referring to is the mid-back area. Ladies, you know what I'm talking about..that roll under your bra strap? What can I do to help tone that up? Needs to be work outs I can do at home. I had a gym membership for a few months but at $30/month I really can't afford that.
Any tips/advice? Thanks.

I think it's called the superman where you lay on your stomach and lift your arms and your legs up and down. I found them on pinterest.0
