Good afternoon everyone. Every now and then, I come here to say hello. I have learned this is a great community, and I have made some awesome friends. Just turned 50, Army Vet, lived in Iceland for 11 years, now back in Boston and I am kicking off the Life Begins at 50 Tour. Doing more for me, staying sober, and loving my Fitness.
