Hi everyone I have decided fad diets just don't work for me so have gone back to calorie counting. I find this best for me as it gives me a stop point whereas in the past I have done slimming world etc which allow you to keep eating until full on mainly carbs (I don't get full so just binge on carbs then have sugar cravings)
When I started this time I had gone up to 25 stone 7lb (357lbs) but I'm not doing too bad and have currently lost 4 stone (57lb)
Have just got a Garmin Vivoactive to track exercise so looking for others on Garmin connect to link up with as still have a way to go.
