How do I get rid of under Butt

I'm pretty fit but would like to lean out or melt some extra fat I have specifically under my butt, or the 'Banana roll" I'll attach a photo of my situation.
I would love to have a tinier toner and more lifted booty.. contrary to the big booty fad going on in this era. I just don't feel attractive or confident. So how do I loose it? Is it genetics?? Or do I need more cardio, or is it a weight lifting thing? Am I doomed to the under butt?
Please help! How do I get a smaller butt. ll7f2jyu48b3.png

You're thin. I wouldn't try to lose it. Just do the Strong Curves program by Brett Contreras. Sculpt and shape. You gotta lift.

    That^

Hit the weights. Use a proven lifting program. Strong Curves is butt-centric, so it's probably a good fit.

You can't spot reduce. Like pp mentioned, you could lift. And/or you could try cutting a bit more. But I know for some of us, once we get below a certain weight, we end up getting overly thin in some places trying to get smaller in our "trouble spots." You really do look great; I think sometimes we get overly perfectionistic/unrealistic when it comes to body image but it's really up to you if you want to make peace with it and enjoy how fit and lean you already are, or try a bit more cutting and/or lifting to see if you get the changes you want.

OP I'm just gonna say it. I don't know...I'm used to my gym buds talking about my butt. Your butt is flat. If you work on it, that little area underneath won't be as noticeable, and might even diminish.

    You're tiny
    Your butt is tiny
    You're just not in shape
You look fabulous anyway, in my opinion
But if you want to have more shape in the booty and MAYBE lose the "under butt" then I agree with above
You need some muscle, and strong curves will definitely focus on your booty. A little muscle will lift and tighten the area
    Good luck

I carry fat in the same area. It is the absolute last to go for me. To be honest though if you don't have a decent muscle base in the glutes and hamstrings you can end up losing the booty and it will not look much better. I would definitely take the advice above and follow a program like Strong Curves.

I have run two bulk cycles and my booty and underbutt looks better but I still have it.. I will probably have to be at 15% bodyfat or less to get rid of it. I don't know if that is something I want to do though.

Get muscles...though I'm not really seeing what you're talking about.

If you hadn't pointed it out I wouldn't have noticed anything "wrong" about your back side. Still don't thing it's "wrong". I think you look great. But yes, as others have mentioned lifting should round out, tighten and lifter your butt which will make any *tiny* fat storages even less noticeable than they already are.

Banana rolls were the first place I gained weight, so it could just be your last bit of stubborn fat. Since doing Strong Curves and really building up my butt that area is still fat, but it seems to have less of a folded appearance.
