How do i get over the hump?

Hello, ive been maxing out on the bench for 185 for about 2 months now but i still cannot hit a full set.. any tips on how i can get over this?

I'm no expert and it's hard to advise when You haven't said what you're doing and what a full set actually is for you.
That being said it might make sense to deload and work back up to 185.
When you initially deload make sure your working until failure in your last set and you might want to add a couple of reps to the first few sets
Then just gradually increase the weight in your desired rep range, always working to failure on your last set, and hopefully by the time you get back to 185 you will be able to push through.
You may also need to consider some accessory lifts as failure might be coming from your arms not chest for example. You should look up exercises that will compliment your bench and do some (some more if you are doing them already) while in the deloading process.
185 is pretty sweet you should be happy with that, but it's good to strive for improvement.1
