Am I on track with this plan or switch it up?

I'm 5'3, 27 and I work 5 days a week. MFP has me at 1500 to lose 1lb a week. I'm going to the gym 4-5 days a week and doing about 50 mins of cardio with some lifting. I don't eat all of my exercise calories back either, today for example my goal is 1530, I've eaten 1513 and burned 450 cals at the gym. My net is 1063 cals.
Should I stay on this track or change anything? I've attached an image of my net calorie report for the week.

You should eat all the calories MFP gives you, and some of your exercise calories. Would you fill your gas tank, drive around for a while, and then expect to keep going without replenishing the fuel? MFP assumes you're not going to exercise when it gives you that number.
If it were me, I would hit 1500, and then eat back between 200-250 of the exercise calories, and re-evaluate in a month or so, to see if I am losing according to plan.1 -
You should definitely be trying to at least net 1200...
