Hello to everyone, I'm new to fitness pal and have just enrolled in a structured weight loss program. I love to bake and my husband, myself, and my dogs enjoy it as well. However, it has truly impacted my waistline and every other part of my body. I'm 205lbs, the largest I've been in my whole life but I'm hopeful that eating right and doing more exercise will impact my muffin top and thighs. I look forward to speaking with everyone about any and everything as it pertains to weight loss, motivation, eating, and recipes. Good luck to each of you attaining your goals.
