So I've tried a lot of dieting things in the past but it was always really hard to keep track of it. I got annoyed and tried keto but at that point I just lost the will to eat at all until I caved in and ate EVERYTHING. Well, almost everything. I'm Pescatarian. I was vegetarian for a year but I was getting really sick... I also found out that I could be anemic! I knew something was wrong when I would sleep for 18 hours and STILL feel perpetually exhausted, so I looked into the foods I normally ate and realized I was getting very little iron in my diet. I'd like to have a life outside of work, food, and sleep so I'm using this app to track iron intake and lose weight while I'm at it. Hope this works!
