Anyone flown internationally recently?
Hey everyone! Hope ya'll are having a wonderful day and doing well on your fitness! 
I'm flying to England in 2 months, and was checking prices online. 1-way tickets from my local airport (SFO -- San Francisco) are around $500-$600 usd. 5 years ago I flew 1-way from SFO to Japan, and it was $2,000! I was NOT expecting such low prices, freaked out and checked the United website for other flights from say, here to Shanghai, China. Less than $350 1-way!!
I've flown domestically throughout the U.S. over the past 3 years and tickets easily cost $500 1-way.
Have international flights lowered their prices this much in the past 5 years???
