I'm 5'11 and about 78kg and people can't tell that I workout either. Wear tighter shirts.1

When will people start noticing that I hit the gym?
answer a: when you knock them down and then deadlift them they'll probably start to suspect that you do. only if your form's perfect though.
answer b: curious what makes you think that they haven't noticed. and who 'people' are. just because they're not saying what you'd like to hear doesn't mean it's not there. and doesn't mean they haven't noticed either.

They may never "notice." it's detrimental to your motivation and well being to depend on others for validation. Set goals that are important to YOU and once you achieve them you will feel very accomplished and fulfilled and go on to set bigger and better ones.1
