Once more with feeling

Trying to get myself into a routine of eating better, regular gym (got it to three times a week so far, plus walking on the other days) and weighing myself regularly.

Not too fussed about losing weight as i'm trying to build muscle, but I want to look and feel better and lose some fat.

Biggest issues i'm a snacker. Can anyone help me with healthy but filling snacks to replace the chocolate and crisps i usually resort to?
