I started in the beginning of the year to make a change of life style but it wasn't until late May when I started to go balls deep into better health‼️‼️‼️

Check out the success stories section , they have posts like photo only success stories etc. You can post there too. Lots of people look there for some encouragement, especially when they're at the beginning of their journeys.
