I'm sitting in my biannual kidney transplant appointment and I just weighed in at 260 lbs. I was at 234 lbs before my kidney transplant when I had less energy. Now that I have a job again I need to focus on my health. I have more energy now but I'm still physically limited in what I can do.

I could always use friends to help me along.
