Hi I have had diabetes for 7 years and managed it quite well but recently put weight on and it's gone out of control. Any tips? Max

I'm a diabetic too.
By tracking my foods and workout on a regular it helps control my blood sugar.
This app is a great tool.
Lifestyle changes are crucial to maintaining blood sugar levels.
You can do it too.

Nothing helps my BG control like exercise. I'm not naturally an exercise fanatic, but I can't ignore my data. A 2-hour tennis match gives me 35-48 hours where I can do no wrong. Of course, I can't give that kind of time to tennis every day, but I try to play 2 or 3 times/week, and walk the other days.
Otherwise, its just about getting back to basics: you know what you did before to keep it under control. So ask yourself to remember what it was like when you started. Can you recapture some of that zeal?
Just look at today: what can you do today that will help you towards your goal?0
