Family Wedding pictures from five weeks ago jolted me into restarting a weight loss program. Doing low carb, pretty much Keto. Good to keep blood sugar down. I've been on this plan for 30 days, lost 9 lbs. I'm ok with that. One to 1-1/2 lbs per week is fine with me.
