Quick questions regarding exercising and taking supplements - I'm not looking to tone it anything just loose(lose) fat and have heard many different things about best approach from being told to do 100% cardio to weight lift like crazy - what is truly best for fastest results? Also are there any supplements out there that actually help with weight loss and/or appetite suppression?
Thanks,
Jeremy

The best for fastest results is to stop eating anything at all and be chased by rabid dogs. Don't do that.
For reasonable weight loss that won't harm you and make you look like a zombie, suck with a calorie deficit. Moderate cardio can make that easier to achieve, and strength training can help you look better when it's all said and done.3 -
"Phentermine" i have several friends who have tried it in the short term with great results kick starting their weight loss. ╬═

Moderate calorie deficit you can stick with routinely: Thats key for weight loss.
Add any exercise you enjoy to feel better and retain muscle, and that plus good nutrition to be healthy.
As far as appetite suppression, experiment to figure out which foods are most filling for you - that part is very individual. Common satisfiers are protein, fats, complex carbs (like potatoes or grains), or high-fiber low-cal veggies. Foe some, it's a combination. Sometimes extra water ir other zero-cal beverages help, too.
Another variable is timing - all that stuff like 1 meal a day, 3 meals, 5 small meals, snacks or no, etc. Again, everyone's different in this.
Phentermine? Nah. Don't take dumb drugs, at least not as your first line strategy.0 -

The fastest results would be going on naked & afraid, being dropped off in the middle of a jungle with nothing to eat.
After that the most sensible approach is the advice given already. A moderate calorie deficit. Exercise isn't needed nor will it make it go faster, but it should be done for health reasons. Some strength training and cardio.3
