I do Cossfit outside a Crossfit studio, sometimes with heavy weights, sometimes just many reps with light weights.
But how Do i calculate the kcal estimate I use?
i have been using circut training until now, but I see there is two options, what is the difference?
- "Circuit training, general"
- "Curves Circuit Training"
- Also, what is the most correct exercise to use to compensate for no crossfit alternative?

- "Circuit training, general" For me @ 200 pounds 121 calories per 10 minutes
- "Curves Circuit Training"About 74 calories per 10 minutes.

Take your pick, try it for a while and if your results match with your expectations continue. If your results do not match with expectations try the other. i.e. If you log your Crossfit routine as Circuit training, general and your results jive with that input, you got it right. If not, try another characterization when you log it.
Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort also burn 121 per 10 minutes. What you call it is irrelevant, just try, a little trail and error, to get a near accurate calories burn. You really won't know that until you've tried it, faithfully, for several weeks.
btw, what have you been logging it as and have your results matched what you thought they should be?
