New to boards, but not new to MFP

I'm checking out this whole "community support" idea, so I suppose an introduction is in order. I gained about 70 lbs over the last seven years due to mental health issues and falling into some bad habits. A little more than a year ago I got a paid MFP account and started tracking calories and my weight, but not making huge any big efforts to change anything. By the end of the year I was at a personal high of 208 lbs (I am 5'2", so that's pretty Hobbit-ish), BUT I was actually getting pretty dang accurate with this tracking thing and decided to give it a real go. I would love to get back to the weight I was when I started gaining, but I'm taking things one month/week/day at a time. There's certainly been some adjusting this year, but other than a hiccough in April and May, I have been continually losing and that's encouraging. I feel pretty confident given my "prep time" but am hoping to find some support and community here to keep things running smoothly. Plus I'm something of a know-it-all and I enjoy sharing what I've learned.
