Hi guys! I've not used the app properly before so didn't even know there was a community to make friends. I'd love to meet some people to encourage me and I'll do my best to motivate as well.
I'm a Brit girl with a LOT to lose. After some health issues I've piled on the pounds and been told I have pre-diabetes. I fell off the paleo wagon a little while ago but whilst I was doing it I felt amazing, so it's time to get back on it

Hi, I am new to the app also. My sister got me interested in it because of my troubles with weight loss. I hope to lose about 4 stone. And don't worry you will look amazing. Just think about the clothes and all the sun bathing you can do afterwards. It's the biggest motivator of all0
