Calories

When you exercise and it adds more to your allotted amount of calories per day, can you eat more calories without it hurting your goals?

If you used MFP for your goals - then yes. You were given a calorie deficit before exercise.

The thing to keep in mind - calorie burns are guesstimates. Many people start by eating back a % (say 50%) - then after a few weeks you can adjust that % up or down based on actual results.
