Hey everyone! I'm Claudia, I'm 159cm/5'3ft my starting weight was 68.7kgs/151lbs and I'm currently at 60kgs/132lbs. Its not quite where I'd like to be but I'm getting there and I'm feeling good about it

Now the only thing is need to get a hold of is stoppinf that dreaded see-saw effect that I've been doing for way too long. The agonizing cycle of losing some weight feeling good and then putting it all straight back on because you feel off the wagon :/
But I plan to put a stop to it this time 'round
I'll get that bikini body this time 'round :)

I'd love to help motivate others and offer my support so anyone can feel free to add me

Do you stop logging and exercising as intensely when you get to your "goal" because you're "finished"? Maintaining is harder than losing imo, because the goal of technically staying still isn't overly exciting, and seems somewhat mindless.

Sadly, calories aren't that much greater, and it still requires effort! It took me a long time to realise I'm going to have to monitor intake in one way or another forever if I don't want to go back where I came from...

This is true--sadly. Maintaining IS harder. Learn from your logging.
