Need help to figure out daily calcium need

Hey guys hope you all are doing fine . I have a question . While checking daily calcium requirement it shows 100% DV. How to know how many MG is the 100% DV ?

100% is 1,000 mg. This site does not adjust if you are male or female on this. Does not adjust if you are over 50. Everyone is the same.
So if you reach 50% this means you had 500mg for the day. Note that calcium works with other minerals such as vitamin D, boron, magnesium, potassium, vitamin K, zinc, etc. Please never take individual supplements without consulting a doctor. Too much calcium by itself can cause problems.
If you feel you are deficient due to a low calorie diet consider taking a multivitamin.
