Summer Bulk

Hi! My goal in may was to reach 165 by September, seeing as I was around 145 then. I'm up to around 148-49 now, but have seen little to no progress in weeks, dispite training and eating well. With my summer job, it makes things hard to reach my macro/calorie goal for the day, so I understand if that time spent not eating is stopping the progress. Is there any way to combat that?

Eat more. That's all there is too it. Make better food choices to eat calorie dense products.

eat more calorie dense foods = ice cream, full fat yogurt, cottage cheese, etc; ribeyes, chicken with barbecue sauce, oreos, full fat milk, etc....also make sure that you are getting in your micros and macros...

Hey buddy so I'm a nurse and I have to get calories in too. I use shakes, I eat Nature Valley bars, pre make your meals and like ndj1979 said, eat high caloric dense foods, foods with high fat content. I also recommend getting Boost or Ensure Plus, they are 350 cal a piece and you just drink it.
