And I certainly AM a wreck! Up to my highest weight ever. Not exercising, not eating healthy, not controlling my portions. Ive noticed my favorite work pants are all stretchy waist. Its so sad.
I wish I could find the motivation and have it last longer than 15 minutes every other week!
Here we are in the middle of summer and I'm struggling to start again NOW instead of waiting for New Years! (sigh)
Meal prep and finding time to exercise are my two biggest problems but they are problems I could overcome if I tried hard enough.
I packed my gym back Monday morning and when I swung it onto my shoulder I pulled something and I've had a searing pain in my neck ever since and I'm popping Ibuprofen like M&M's just so I can turn my head to watch for traffic when I'm driving. I'm trying to tell myself that my neck does not affect my feet, and I should take a walk or something.
