Hi, I'm a new guy here. Just got a FitBit Charge 2.
I want to lose 15-20 Lbs of fat.
I'm using the FB to monitor my active calories and MyFitnessPal to log all my food. It feels a little crazy and weird to do all this stuff but I've been learning lots about food and macro ratios.
Ima do this.
I'm not going to do fad diet like keto or paleo; they're not practical and I could never keep them up. Also I'm about 80% vegetarian so I can't imagine eating all that meat (anymore.. I used to be a meat-a-tarian lol)
My marco targets are:
Carb 50%
Fat 30%
Protein 20%
-- very basic.
I've learned in just a few days of food logging that I'm eating way too much fat, and I'm under-active and over-stressed - like everyone else... the hazards of office work...
I enjoy discussion about food nutrition (not fads, just the science part).
