Boiled chicken calories??

Hi everyone I am in quite a bit of a conundrum here. As there is no data I can find on skinless, bone-in, boiled chicken. I'm making soup.
*OCD Alert*
The calories in grilled chicken for the same weight can't count as even though grilled also has no fat, it has no water weight.
Boiled on the other hand has no fat (I spoon it away while boiling) but it retains all its water.
So Here's what I'm using:
1/3 baby chicken skinless bone-in.
(That's 1 drumstick, 1 wing and 2 chopped off pieces of breast.)
1 onion
1 garlic
1 inch piece ginger
Salt and pepper
1 egg-white
I basically put all of them in the broth formed from the chicken. The chicken I take out, shred and through back in without the bones.
I want to enter the calories as accurately as possible. Because the app is useless if my entry is inaccurate and it won't be able to help me.
Does someone have any insight on this?

What I'd do is trim the fat away from the raw meat as much as possible. Weigh it raw, with bones. Then subtract the bone weight (after cooking) from the total and use that figure (the raw selection in MFP). You could also remove the meat from the bones, raw, and use that figure. Then add the bones to the soup. Adding the bones into your soup probably adds flavor but negligible calories.1

Thanks for replying guacamole17!
That does sound logical... the bones I have already used to make broth. I just don't want the bones to obstruct my bites in spoonfuls so I leave them out after cooking. Can you please send the link for the raw selection of chicken in MFP? Or the exact name maybe? There's just so many.0 -
I boil a whole chicken. Pleased to see someone else boiling chicken !
I tend to do calories in portions.
So breast as per grilled skinless breast - which is dinner with boiled potato and green veg.
Then thigh as per grilled thigh and so on.
I suspect I'm happy to be less accurate than you. Most of my food is weighed and spot on - and it's working for me.
Good Luck. Enjoy.
