I've had the MFP app on my phone for years, always wanted to lose weight but just used the app on and off. Been pretty consistent with logging for the last almost two weeks, working out about 6 days a week, and it feels pretty great. I also just started adding friends to keep me motivated, so anyone feel free to add me! I'm 22, 5'8", and 160.4 (as of this morning), aiming to get to 145, hopefully by October-ish.
